Live Local Zoning Crisis — October Update

Saturday, October 10, 2026

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM EDT

Since our February 4 Zoom, Miami Beach has seen eleven Live Local Act applications come into focus: eleven proposed towers, all of which exceed local zoning regulations due to state preemptions under the Live Local Act.

Join Daniel Ciraldo and Save Miami Beach for a short, plain-language look at what's been proposed, what the law now allows, and the legal challenges underway, with time for your questions. Saturday, October 10, 10 AM ET, on Zoom.
